What Is a ‘Treble’ in Sports Betting?

A trebles bet is a multiple bet in which three selections made have to win in order for the bet to pay out. A treble bet will usually have a higher rate of return than a double bet as it is harder to win. A treble can be used to combine three individual bets or three selections within the same betting event and is usually known as a ‘parlay‘.
