Event Preview
Competitive action on the European Tour continues in Spain this weekend, as the Andalucia Masters is staged at Real Club de Golf Sotogrande for the first time. It has been an ever-present on the DP World Tour since being re-established on the schedule in 2017, but it was first staged in 2010.
The event covers a total distance of 7,200 yards, with players competing for a share of $3.75 million over the par 72 course. Last year’s event was won by Adrian Otaegui, as the Spanish star won his home event by a record aggregate and par score when holding off Joakim Lagergren to win by six shots.

Wyndham Clark heads the betting for the event in Spain this weekend, as the American chases a third victory this season. He has played in 28 events to date, and has made the cut on 25 occasions. Overall, he has finished in the top 25 on 14 occasions, and has enjoyed eight top-ten finishes.
Matt Kuchar is another American player that could get involved in the race for the championship this weekend. Ryan Fox has been a regular performer on the European Tour throughout the season, and the BMW PGA Championship winner was a stronger performer once again at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship just a few weeks ago.

Our main play this weekend is on the ultra-consistent Ryan Fox, as we could see him making a big move for Rory McIlroy at the top of the standings. Meanwhile, Adrian Meronk could be a lively contender, as he has also been consistent throughout the season.
