Fight Preview
Five months after suffering his first-ever defeat, Raul Rosas Jr. is coming back into the Octagon. He’s 7-1 overall with his UFC record being 2-1. The 18-year-old Mexican is dubbed the next big thing in MMA, although he still needs to prove himself.
He’s a great wrestler/grappler who’s won most of his fights by submission. His boxing abilities are somewhat questionable. He’s got a negative striking differential, but that doesn’t seem to bother him.
This guy’s got a strong chin as evident from the fact that he’s never been knocked out or event knocked down. In fact, his only loss happened by a decision – Christian Rodriguez landed way more strikes than him in that fight, but Rosas did land three TDs and even attempted a submission.

What’s got to worry him is that in Noche UFC, he’s fighting a really powerful fighter. Mitchel doesn’t land too many strikes but they’re very damaging. This explains why this guy has a knockout-to-win ratio of 57.14%.
Raul Rosas Jr. vs. Terence Mitchell Prediction
Raul Rosas Jr. is growing into a superstar but if he suffers another defeat, his dreams could go to waste. The Mexican youngster needs to take this fight seriously as he’s fighting a great finisher. He needs to watch out not to get KO-ed, but other than that, he seems safe. That’s why the most logical pick for this fight is Raul Rosas Jr. by decision.
