Fight Preview
Terrance “T Wrecks” McKinney is 13-6 in his professional career, which started back in 2017. Each of his 13 wins happened by stoppage – 5 by KO/TKO and 8 by submission. Unfortunately for him, the same goes for his losses – he lost 4 times by KO/TKO and twice by submission. The worst thing is that 50% of his losses happened within the last 18 months.
After beating Fares Ziam by submission on his UFC debut, McKinney lost to Drew Dober by TKO. Then, he bounced back with a submission win over Erick Gonzalez in August 2022. He had big expectations for 2023, but the year started with a KO loss to Ismael Bonfim in January. He fought again in July, losing to Nazim Sadykhov by submission this time.

As a result, McKinney is 3-3 in the UFC now and is desperate to get his first win of the year. Luckily for him, he’s fighting a guy who just isn’t as good as his previous couple of opponents. The man in question is Mike “Money” Breeden, who’s 10-5 overall with a 0-2 record since joining the UFC.
Terrance McKinney vs. Mike Breeden Prediction
McKinney agreed to the UFC Vegas 78 fight on a three-week notice because he’s confident he can beat Breeden. We too think he can do it, but we’re also aware that “T Wrecks” can be somewhat reckless in the octagon. After all, he got himself finished three times in his last four fights.
That’s why our safest pick for this fight isn’t McKinney (although we do think he’s going to win) but “fight to go the distance – no,” which comes with the odds of -600.
