The driver has previous experience over a street course, and that could be a key factor in his favor this weekend. However, he will need to recover after some disappointing efforts in recent weeks, as he has failed to finish in the top 30 in each of his previous three starts.
Chase Elliott could also be a prominent selection this weekend, after finishing in back-to-back top five finishes. Ross Chastain should come into this weekendâs race in good confidence, as he landed victory in the Ally 400 last time out. That victory moved him up to third in the standings, with Martin Truex Jr continuing to lead the way after finishing second in last weekendâs race.
