Event Preview
The NASCAR action moves to Virginia this weekend, as Martinsville Speedway hosts the prestigious NOCO 400. This race has been staged annually since 1950, and it is one of two races that is held at the track this season. Historically, the race has been staged over 500 laps, but it was condensed to 400 laps 12 months ago.
William Byron claimed a first victory in the race last year, which ended a two-year winning run recorded by Martin Truex Jr. Byron has already enjoyed an excellent start to the new season, as he has recorded two race wins. However, he has finished outside of the top ten in each of the previous two rounds.

Last weekend was a huge moment for Christopher Bell, as the driver moved to the top of the standings with victory in the Food City Dirt Race. That was the third time in four races that he had finished in the top five places.
