Event Preview
The Toyota Save Mart 350 has been a regular stop on the NASCAR schedule since 1989, and drivers will complete a total of 218.9 miles across the 110-lap distance. The first 25 laps will be contested in the opening stage, before 35 and 50 laps are contested in the final two stages of the compelling race.
Daniel Suarez upset the odds to claim victory in the race 12 months ago, while Jeff Gordon is the most successful driver in the history of the race. Hendrick Motorsports are the most successful team with seven victories, while Chevrolet is the leading manufacturer with 13 victories overall.

Kyle Larson is the leading chance in the odds this weekend, as the former Driversโ Champion is moving menacingly closer toward the top of the standings. Larson finished fourth overall in the Enjoy Illinois 300 last weekend to move up to ninth in the overall standings, and he previously won this race in 2021.
Ryan Blaney continues to lead the way in the overall standings, as he has finished in the top ten in six of the previous seven races. That includes a victory in the Coca-Cola 600 a couple of weeks ago. William Byron also makes an interesting case, as he finished eighth last weekend after finishing in the top three in each of the three previous races before last weekend.

It should be a fascinating renewal of the race this weekend, and a number of drivers make interesting cases. However, we believe that William Byron could be the value play this weekend, as he has been incredibly consistent throughout the season to this point.
