The other game we think is ideal for NBA player props is the Charlotte Hornets vs. Indiana Pacers game, as this is a duel between two teams that score and concede a lot of points.

With just 105.9 points conceded per game, the Minnesota Timberwolves are the best defense in the 2023-24 NBA. One of the players their fans need to thank for this is Rudy Gobert who’s one of the best defensive players in the entire league. But is he good enough to stop Joel Embiid?

Philly’s center is the league’s scoring leader with 34.4 points per game. He missed the previous Minnesota vs. Philly duel, but the last time he played against this opponent, we saw him score 39 points. Can he do something similar tonight?

We don’t think so. We think the Timberwolves are in good shape and they’re going to give him a run for his money. Of course, you just can’t stop Embiid from scoring, but the boys from Minnesota do seem capable of stopping him from going over 33 points.

The Indiana Pacers are both the best offense and the worst defense in the 2023-24 NBA. Luckily for them, they’re now playing against a team that’s bad defensively, but which isn’t too great on offense. Plus, the game with the Hornets is played in Indiana.

With the help of the home crowd, the Pacers are expected to have a good night, with their key men probably scoring more than usual. Tyrese Haliburton is definitely one of those who we expect to shine tonight. The 23-year-old guard should have no major problems scoring 25 or more.
