Six games of the 2023-24 NBA are on the program on Friday, December 22. They’re all great for player props, but we picked out three games that, in our opinion, are better than the rest. We’re now going to present you with those games, showing you which prop bets we’re planning to make today.
Raptors vs. 76ers

Joel Embiid is the NBA’s points leader who scored 51 points in his previous game (vs. Minnesota Timberwolves). His brilliant form put him in the spotlight, but this doesn’t mean his teammates haven’t been impressive as well. Tyrese Maxey, for example, scored 35 points in Philadelphia’s last game.
It was his most productive game since mid-November when he put away 50 points against the Indiana Pacers. Obviously, the 23-year-old can score a lot when he’s in the mood for points. Will he be in the mood for points-scoring tonight against the Toronto Raptors?
We think he will, the main reason being that the game is played in Philadelphia. This guy scored a total of 295 in his last 10 games at Wells Fargo Center in Philly. That’s 29.5 points per game on average, which he might not reach this time, but we’re pretty confident he’s going to score more than 26.5, which is the points margin set by BetUS Sportsbook.

Nuggets vs. Nets

Game Preview
The Brooklyn Nets are hoping to get back onto the winning track, but the problem is that they’re playing against the reigning NBA champions this evening.
The Denver Nuggets are coming to Barclays Center tonight, the place where they made some really nice memories in the past. In fact, they won their last three games against Brooklyn on the road, in both of which Nikola Jokic made a double-double.
We’re almost 100% certain the Serbian center will record another double-double. Unfortunately, oddsmakers from BetUS think so too, which is why they’re not giving too great odds on this prop bet (-1429). The good news, however, is that Nikola Jokic triple-double odds are much more lucrative.

Hawks vs. Heat

Game Preview
Atlanta’s point guard Trae Young is one of only two players in the 2023-24 NBA with an average of 10+ assists per game. This guy is also scoring a lot of points, with his PPG being 28.2 right now.
Knowing all this, betting on Young to record a double-double tonight in Miami looks like a sure bet. He did it the last time the Hawks played against the Heat. It happened about six weeks ago when we saw him score 27 points and make 11 assists. We expect nothing less from Young this evening.
