Six games of the 2024 NBA are on the program today. We really like two of those for NBA player prop betting.

The first one is the Memphis Grizzlies vs. Minnesota Timberwolves, in which Anthony Edwards is expected to continue his high-scoring spree. The other one is the “Battle of LA” in which LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers will try to outscore the Clippers’ scoring leader, Kawhi Leonard.

Prop Pick

The Memphis Grizzlies are one of the worst teams in the Western Conference, with a 20-38 record in the 2023-24 season. They lost their last three duels with the Minnesota Timberwolves. In each of those, Anthony Edwards was Minnesota’s highest scorer.

He scored 24+ in each of those games, but this time, we think he’s gonna do even better. The 22-year-old is in great shape, going over 27.5 in each of his last five games. We think he’s gonna score 27.5+ points tonight as well.

Prop Pick

LeBron James is the Lakers’ highest-scoring player with a PPG of 25.0. He’s been brilliant lately, but there is some news about him struggling with an ankle injury. This is one of the reasons why we don’t think he’s going to score more than the Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard.

Leonard is his team’s top scorer with a 23.9 PPG right now. His numbers were better, but he hasn’t been scoring much lately. However, we do think it’s time for him to step up. The last time he played against the Lakers, he scored 25. We think he might do something similar tonight.
