2023-24 NBA Player Props, Breakdown, Odds, and Picks (Jan 3)

We started the year with two winning NBA player props, and we hope to prolong our run with today’s prop bets. Twelve games are on the program today, two of which caught our eye.
The first of those is the Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers game, which is interesting for being a duel between the two highest-scoring teams in the 2023-24 NBA.
The other game that we think is ideal for player props is Portland Trail Blazers vs. Dallas Mavericks. The reason? Luka Doncic, who will try to bounce back after his lowest-scoring performance since early November.

Game Preview
The Indiana Pacers are the highest-scoring team in the NBA, with a PPG of 125.9. The Milwaukee Bucks are just behind, with a 124.6 PPG. However, Milwaukee is much better defensively. In fact, Indiana is second worst when it comes to defending, conceding 124.4 points per game on average.
This is great news for the Bucks, particularly their best player, Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak is averaging 30.9 PPG, but we think he should have no problems scoring way more than that tonight.

Game Preview
In Dallas’ first game of 2024, Luka Doncic scored just 19 points. The result was that his team lost to the Utah Jazz 127-90. It was their heaviest loss of the season, as well as Luka’s worst scoring performance since the first of November.
We think that was a glitch and that Luka will get back to the right track ASAP. We can definitely see him score 33 or more points tonight.
