- We’ve got some NBA player props for you for Saturday, January 6.
- Jrue Holiday ready to help the Celtics outscore the Pacers tonight.
- Giannis Antetokounmpo set for a big game against the Rockets.
Four games of the 2024 NBA are on the program this evening, two of which look pretty interesting for NBA player props.
The first of those is the Boston Celtics vs. Indiana Pacers game, which is a duel between two super high-scoring teams. The other one is the Houston Rockets vs. Milwaukee Bucks, in which one of the NBA’s best defenses will try to stop Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Game Preview
The Indiana Pacers are on brilliant form with six wins in a row, each of which saw them score at least 120 points. In three of their last four games, they scored 140+ points, with their most recent game being their highest-scoring match in two months – they scored 150 points against the Atlanta Hawks.
What’s interesting is that despite being on a good run, the Pacers aren’t seen as favorites in tonight’s game. The Celtics destroyed them the last time they met in the regular season of the NBA, with the final score being 155-104 for the boys from Boston.

The Celtics won that game thanks to a brilliant team effort, with eight of their players scoring 10+ points that day. We think something similar will happen this time as well. We suspect that some of Boston’s players who haven’t been scoring much lately will record a double-figure number tonight. One player who fits the description is Jrue Holiday.
In his most recent game, he put away only 10 points, but we’re sure he’s gonna do better than that tonight.

Game Preview
The Houston Rockets are the NBA’s second-best defense with just 109.9 points conceded per game. The bad news for them is that this evening, they’re playing against the NBA’s second-best defense.
The Milwaukee Bucks are averaging 124.8 points per game, which is mostly thanks to their talisman Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak is scoring 31.1 points per game on average, which puts him in the No. 4 place in the points leaders list.
So, the big question is whether the Rockets can stop him from going over his average. His points margin is set at 31.5 – will he go over or under?
Antetokounmpo went under in their first duel of the season. He scored under 31.5 in their second duel of 2022. However, in their first game last season, he scored 44.
That’s the exact number he scored in Milwaukee’s last game, which saw the Bucks beat the Spurs 125-121 in San Antonio. Giannis is in great shape, and we don’t think the Rockets can stop him.
