Two NBA games are on the program on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is playing his first game after signing a three-year extension with the Bucks.
LeBron James did great in the air in the first game of the season and we think he’s gonna do even better tonight.

There are only two NBA games on the program today, but they both look very exciting. The first of those is the Milwaukee Bucks at Philadelphia 76ers game which starts at 7:30 p.m. ET. Two and a half hours later, the Los Angeles Lakers at Phoenix Suns game kicks off.

Giannis Antetokounmpo’s first game of the 2023-24 NBA season is on the program this evening. It’s going to be his first match after agreeing to a three-year contract extension worth $186 million. Inking such a big deal sure is a reason to celebrate, right?

We have no doubt Giannis will be in the mood for playing basketball this evening, but that’s something he got us used to. However, If the Bucks want to get anything against the 76ers, the Greek Freak will have to put on an even bigger show than usual.

The last time these two met, Giannis scored 33 points, made 14 rebounds, and 6 assists. The game, however, was played in Milwaukee. The last time they met in Philly, he did slightly worse (25 pts, 14 reb, and 4 ast). We’re 100% certain he’s not going to do worse than that this evening.

In the 2023-24 NBA season opener, the Los Angeles Lakers lost to the reigning champions, the Denver Nuggets, 119-107. They did okay, but they just couldn’t stop Nikola Jokic who recorded a triple-double. In their second game of the season, the Lakers won’t have to think about the Serbian MVP hopeful.

The result is that they should be able to do better, especially when it comes to defense. LeBron James made seven defensive rebounds against the Nuggets, and we think he can do something similar this evening as well. Plus, he’s bound to make a few more rebounds on the offense.
