The Timberwolves lost their previous NBA game to the Toronto Raptors by just three points. Despite the loss, they can be happy with the performance of some of their players, most notably, Anthony Edwards. He scored 26 points, which is his highest number this season.

We think Edwards should be able to do something similar this evening when he and his teammates welcome the Miami Heat at Target Center. The boys from Florida probably feel a bit tired considering they played an intense game with the Boston Celtics less than 24 hours ago.

Last season, the Phoenix Suns won 68.29% of their home games. This season, they haven’t played a single game at Footprint Center, but they’re going to this evening. They’ll welcome the Utah Jazz, a team that played a game with the LA Clippers last night.

For all these reasons, it’s no surprise the Suns are expected to win today. But if they’re going to do it, their superstar Kevin Durant will have to put on a great performance. He’s been great so far in the 2023-24 season, to be honest, but we expect him to do even better this evening.
