Prop Pick

The Miami Heat lead the series 1-0 after beating the Knicks in New York on the last day of April. The final score was 108-101, with Jimmy Butler being Miami’s hero of the evening. He did a great job both offensively and defensively, recording 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists.

But he also suffered an ankle injury for which he’s doubtful for Game 2. If he ends up not playing tonight, Bam Adebayo will really need to step up.

He did relatively okay in the first game, scoring 16 points and recording 8 rebounds and 2 assists. This time, he simply has to do better.

Prop Pick

The first leg of the California derby between the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers is played at Chase Center in San Francisco. That’s where the Warriors lost only two of their last 15 games. One of those losses happened the last time they played at home – the Sacramento Kings beat them 118-99.

It was a strange game, in which every Warriors player apart from Steph Curry did horribly on the court. Andrew Wiggins, for example, scored just 13 points, missing eight of his 13 field-goal attempts. The Canadian did better in the following game, but we think tonight is the night when he really ups his scoring game.

Andrew Wiggins to score at least 18 points
