NBA Player Props, Breakdown, Odds, and Picks (May 8)

  • Julius Randle needs to find a way to outsmart Miami’s defense.
  • Steph Curry ready for a big night against the Lakers.

We’ve got some NBA player props for you!

There are two games on the program tonight, both of which look incredibly interesting from a bettor’s perspective. In Game 4 of the Knicks vs Heat series, the visitors from New York are trying to bounce back after a disappointing loss in the previous game. Pretty much the same goes for the Warriors in the game against the Lakers.

Prop Pick

The Miami Heat made it 2-1 against the New York Knicks on Saturday afternoon. These guys put on a fantastic defensive display, keeping the Knicks to only 86 points. It’s their lowest number since November last year.

If they’re going to make it 2-2, the Knicks need to up their offensive game. One of the players who need to do way better than over the weekend is Julius Randle. He scored just 10 points on Saturday, which is strange because his average in the regular season was 25.1 PPG.

NBA Player PropsOdds
Julius Randle to score at least 24

Prop Pick

The Los Angeles Lakers are 2-1 against the reigning NBA champions, the Golden State Warriors. The last time they played, the Warriors scored just 97 points, with their scoring leader Steph Curry putting away just 23 points. He hit just 9 of attempted 21 field goals. From the three-point line, Curry went 4-for-10.

What’s interesting is that he wasn’t great in Game 2 as well. Actually, he scored just 20 points in that game. But we know he can do better than that. It’s just a matter of time before he starts scoring huge numbers again. We suspect it might happen tonight.

NBA Player PropsOdds
Steph Curry to score at least 31
