Game Preview
The Nets lost last night to the Denver Nuggets following an overtime. It was 144-139 for the boys from Colorado, who successfully stopped the hosts and returned from a huge deficit following the first period.
Dennis Schroder was on fire for Brooklyn, having 28 points and 14 assists, while Cam Thomas scored 26 points, though, hitting just one three in eight attempts. Meanwhile, Cameron Johnson scored 20, Dorian Finney-Smith 17, and Ziaire Williams 18 off the bench.
As for the Grizzlies, Ja Morant and Zach Edey are questionable for this one. While Edey might play, Morant’s status is more uncertain because the staff doesn’t want to push him hard this early into the season but save him for the later stages.
Memphis is 2-2 so far, beating the Jazz and the Magic while losing to the Rockets and the Bulls in the most recent event, 126-123. This will be their third meeting at home in a row.
