They lost to the Raptors in the first preseason game, 125-98, and looked rather inferior on the court. Sarr had 15 points, 6 of 8 from the field, and four assists. Jordan Poole had a team-high 16 buckets.
New York Knicks survived a nail-biting ending against the Hornets to win 111-109. Duane Washington Jr. missed all of his three free-throws, to hand the Knicks their first success this season.
