Not only will they be taking on the dangerous Chiefs in Kansas City, but the Bills are also at risk of dropping below .500 on the year. Buffalo is in real danger of missing the postseason for the first time in half of a decade, due to a regressing defense and less offensive weapons. All eyes will be on QB Josh Allen to make the most of their situation.

The Chiefs were unable to take down the Packers in Green Bay on Sunday night, falling to 8-4 on the year. They still hold a 2-game lead in their division, but are nonetheless still in danger in a fully unrelenting AFC conference. Kansas City has a key matchup against a Bills team that has seen similar regression. Patrick Mahomes continues to be elite, but his lack of top weapons this year has certainly made a large impact.

Prediction

This has been the AFC’s premier matchup over the past handful of seasons, with these two teams ranking consistently near the top. Unfortunately, that has changed a bit this year, with both teams losing key assets in the offseason. The Chiefs have won two Super Bowls already though, while the Bills are still trying to capitalize before their current window closes. A close loss here will make things even tougher.
