Match Preview
The Bills were perfect at the start of the season, winning three games in a row. But after that, their performances sharply declined. Even though both of their losses took place on the road, we can’t justify Buffalo.
They were destroyed in Baltimore against the Ravens, 35-10, before narrowly losing to the Texans in Houston, 23-20. Josh Allen combined just one TD toss in these events and had a miserable nine completions in 30 attempts vs. the Texans.
The Jets, on the other hand, experienced major turbulence after last week’s loss to the Vikings at home, 23-17. Robert Saleh isn’t their head coach anymore, and given the fact that NYJ lost back-to-back games at MetLife, that’s completely reasonable.
New York’s offense was terrible, combining for 26 points in these two matches. Aaron Rodgers looked disoriented, and it’s no wonder why the Jets want to trade for WR Davante Adams.
Bills vs. Jets Head to Head
Last year, the two sides met twice, and the result was 1-1. The Jets won at home, 22-16 after OT, while the Bills obliterated the rivals in Buffalo, 32-26.
Bills vs. Jets Prediction
The Bills have better chemistry, even though we saw them lose twice in a row. We respect the Jets and their home-field edge, but our pick here would be Buffalo to triumph.
