Game Preview
During their bye week in Week 9, San Francisco focused on getting their star players healthy and figuring out how to get back to winning. Despite losing three games in a row, the 49ers still lead the NFC West, but the Seahawks are closing in. Deebo Samuel returned to full practice, which is good news for 49ers fans. The team also acquired DE Chase Young from Washington and he will make his debut in Week 10.

Despite the bye in week 9, Jacksonville WR Zay Jones remained limited in practice this week and his status for week 10 is still up in the air. The 28-year-old has not played since week 5 and his injury designation will need monitoring. Running back Travis Etienne has been phenomenal through the first 8 weeks of the season, racking up 583 yards and 7 touchdowns from 151 carries, adding one receiving score and another 266 yards from 27 receptions.
Prediction
San Francisco will be focused on putting an end to their losing streak. However, this matchup will be tough for them. Jacksonville looks like a team coming into its prime, with elite weapons in all departments. I think the Jaguars will pile more misery on San Francisco here and pick up a win, against the odds.
