The Ravens overcame the Bengals 20-34 in a thrilling Thursday night encounter despite losing Mark Andrews early in the game. The 28-year-old star tight end suffered a cracked fibula and ligament damage to his ankle following an awkward landing just short of the end zone. Andrews underwent surgery on Tuesday and is targeting a week 17 return, although that seems optimistic and he is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season. Rookie WR Zay Flowers was downgraded to DNP on Thursday following a limited practice on Wednesday, the 23-year-old’s status will require monitoring as a result.

The Chargers fell to a 20-23 defeat at the hands of the Packers in week 11. Justin Herbert had a fine game under center, throwing 21/36 completions for 260 yards and two touchdowns. The 25-year-old QB has had a steady season so far, despite only really having one key target to throw to in Keenan Allen. Allen caught 10 of his 16 targets against the Packers, picking up 116 yards and a score in the process.

Prediction

The Ravens are looking resurgent this season, with Lamar Jackson back to his best. As such it is hard to see anything other than a win for Baltimore here versus a Chargers team lacking in form and confidence.
