The Jets have nothing left to play for except their pride, but they still put up a good fight in week 16, defeating the Commanders 30-28. The team’s running back, Breece Hall, had an outstanding performance, with 20 carries for 95 yards and two touchdowns, as well as 12 receptions for an additional 96 yards. Trevor Siemian will remain as the starting quarterback for this week’s Thursday night game since Zach Wilson was unable to clear concussion protocols in time.

Joe Flacco put in another outstanding performance, throwing 27 out of 42 completed passes for 368 yards and 3 touchdowns, leading the Browns to a 36-22 victory over the Texans in week 16. Football fans everywhere are rooting for Flacco to win a second Superbowl ring. The Browns are currently at 10-5 and are slowly making their way up the ranks this season. With Amari Cooper’s exceptional performances, they have an outside chance of winning it all. Cooper, who is only 29 years old, caught 11 out of 15 targets for 265 yards and two touchdowns against the Commanders, breaking a franchise record for receiving yards.

Prediction

The Jets defense will pose a tough test for the Browns here, but I expect Cleveland to cope with the challenge. The Joe Flacco fairy tale should continue for a couple more weeks at least.
