Game Preview
The Broncos have lost their first two games of the 2023 season by 1 and 2 points respectively, but the truth is they have looked worse than the score-lines show. Russell Wilson put up decent numbers against the Commanders but his efficiency was poor and he was sacked a staggering seven times. Rookie RB Javonte Williams is slowly finding his game fitness and the level required to be a top NFL player, and his integration should help ease the pressures on Wilson and the receiving corps.
Tua Tagovailoa’s Miami Dolphins are incredible to watch at the moment. With Raheem Mostert running over people in the backfield and Tua himself making some huge plays through the air there are many reason to enjoy this team. Add to that two elite wide receivers and a defense which is capable of closing out games this Miami side could be a dark horse for the Superbowl this season.
Prediction
We are all waiting for Russ to turn things around at Denver, but it seems a long way off still. Miami is a team capable of going all the way this year, and they take another step toward that goal with a win in this one.
