Preview
Tennessee collapsed down the stretch against the Colts, falling to 4-8. They now head back on the road, hoping to improve on an 0-6 road record. The Titans got decent play from rookie QB Will Levis in the loss. He completed 16 of 33 passes for 224 yards and 1 TD. Improved play by Levis is a good indication for Tennessee’s future, though Hopkins and Henry very likely won’t be around to support him for much longer.
The Dolphins got another triumphant win last week, surging past Washington on the road. They won the game 45-15, once again looking unstoppable on offense. De’Von Achane rushed 17 times for 73 yards and 2 TDs in his return from injury. Meanwhile, WR Tyreek Hill reeled in another 5 catches for 157 yards and 2 TDs of his own. Hill now has 93 receptions for 1,481 yards and 12 touchdowns on the year after 12 games.
Prediction
Everything about this game seems to be going in Miami’s favor. They have been the better team all year, currently sitting 5 games ahead of the Titans, and will face them at home. The Dolphins hold a 5-0 record in Miami, compared to Tennessee’s 0-6 record on the road. That being said, when everything is going in one direction in the NFL, it often goes in the other. I expect Miami to win, but that massive spread is a trap.
