Game Preview
Arsenal has not lost in the past seven games, though they have way too few victories as well. The Gunners have four ties and three triumphs during that span, which isn’t really an impressive record.
Playing 1-1 against Everton on the road isn’t encouraging before this clash. The attack struggles continue, and the injuries are forcing Arteta to adapt and back off from his usual style of play.
Real’s intro for this game was even worse. Valencia won 1-2 in Madrid, scoring the goal in injury time. The fact that Vinicius missed a penalty in the first half with 0-0 on the scoreboard increases the frustration among Los Blancos.
Real’s defense is problematic, as it allowed at least a goal in the last 8 consecutive matches.
