Monaco didn’t get a good intro for this matchup, as they lost to Montpellier this Friday night, 2-1. This was the fourth meeting in a row in which the team from Monte Carlo failed to win, and three of those events ended with them losing.
Defense has been a key problem for this unit. They haven’t kept a clean sheet for the past six straight events. The efficiency of all these matches was high, and five of them ended with both teams scoring and over 2.5 hits.
