Arsenal will be competing in the Champions League for the first time since the 2016-17 season this term. The Gunners have managed to make it through the group stage in each of their last 17 appearances, with their most recent exit at this stage of the competition coming back in 1999-2000. They will be the clear favorites to top Group B this season.
Arsenal have made a solid start to the new season, and they will be looking to transfer their domestic performances to the European competition on Wednesday. This will be the first time that the two sides have clashed in the competition since 2006-07, when the Gunners landed a 2-1 aggregate win.
