Real Madrid remain in the hunt for a league and European double this term, and they could be a leading contender for Champions League glory after winning each of their six matches in the group stage. The Spanish side have progressed from eleven of their last 13 matches in the round of 16, and they have reached the last four in each of the last three editions.
Los Blancos also boast an excellent record against German opposition in the Champions League after suffering just one defeat in their last 15. Over that period, they have recorded ten wins. However, their only defeat in their previous 15 was suffered in Leipzig last season.
