Inter Milan enjoyed an excellent campaign in the Champions League last term, as they made it through to the final of the competition. However, their campaign ultimately ended in disappointment as they were beaten in Turkey by Man City. But, they could once again be among the most lively outsiders in the betting for glory this season.
The Italian giants should come into this opener full of confidence, as they picked up a huge 5-1 win over AC Milan on Saturday. However, it could be challenging to overlook Inter’s poor record on the road against Spanish opposition, as they have won just once in their last 13 visits. Their only win was a 5-1 success over Valencia in 2004.
