Game Preview
The Reds have only one defeat this year, way back in September. After that Arne Slot’s unit recorded 13 wins and one tie, smashing every rival on their way.
Right now, Liverpool is on a five-game winning streak, during which they scored at least two goals in each event, and all but one saw over 2.5 hits.
On the other hand, there is a wounded Real Madrid. Los Blancos had that nasty experience in the most recent El Clasico, but now they seem to be getting back on track with back-to-back triumphs. One was against Osasuna, 4-0 at home, and then 0-3 vs. Leganes on the road.
There are plenty of injured players in Real’s locker room, and that’s something Carlo Ancelotti needs to solve.
Lineups News & Injuries
Jota, Chiesa and Elliot won’t play for Liverpool. Alexander-Arnold and Alisson should be in the protocol, with the note that the latter won’t start for sure.
Carvajal, Tchouameni, Militao, Vasquez and Alaba are all out for this event. Rodrygo could be in protocol.
Liverpool vs. Real Madrid Head to Head
Real didn’t lose in the last eight meetings against Liverpool, of which they’ve won seven. Among them were two UEFA Champions League finals, both of which were won by Real.
Liverpool vs. Real Madrid Prediction
