Game Preview
City has lost the past five games across all competitions, and the most recent one was pretty heavy—0-4 at home to Tottenham. Days after Guardiola extended his contract with Man City, another massive blow struck the Citizens.
There were over 2.5 goals in all five losses, and the Citizens conceded at least two hits. So, we can say that defense is a big problem for this unit.
Feyenoord returned from the international break with a win, routinely trashing Heerenveen at home, 3-0. It was the third win in previous four appearances for the Dutch powerhouse, and all of them ended with three or more goals.
The Rotterdamers are 21st in the Champions League standings and are three points away from one of the top eight places.
