Game Preview
LAFC is the defending champion of the MLS, which reached the Western Conference semifinals after beating the Vancouver Whitecaps in both games of the series, with a total score difference of 6-2.
Obviously, the boys from Los Angeles have been terrific offensively, which is no surprise given that LAFC’s roster is packed with fantastic attackers.
With 20 goals to his name, Denis Bouanga was the top scorer in the regular season and is currently sitting in the shared No. 1 spot on the list of most productive scorers in the postseason with three goals.
Then, there’s LAFC’s captain Carlos Vela, who’s scored nine goals during the 2023 MLS campaign. Knowing all this, it seems very likely we’ll see LAFC score some goals at Lumen Field on November 26. But will they score more than the Sounders?

The thing is that LAFC scored only two goals in their last five trips to Seattle while conceding nine. Plus, the Sounders have been in a goal-scoring mood lately, with Slovak playmaker Albert Rusnak scoring a goal in three of Seattle’s last four games.
