Bournemouth’s excellent start to the Premier League season has shown no signs of ending in recent weeks. The Cherries have enjoyed an excellent festive period, and they now sit sixth in the top-flight standings. Bournemouth come into this round after avoiding defeat in their last seven.
However, the Cherries have played out draws in each of their last two matches, which includes a comeback showing to steal a draw against Fulham on Sunday. A win could see them end the round as high as fifth.

Everton are still in the relegation scrap at the wrong end of the Premier League standings after falling to win in their last four matches. Their unbeaten sequence was ended on Sunday after falling to a 2-0 defeat at home against Nottingham Forest.
That loss means that the Toffees sit just three points clear of the drop zone at this stage of the season, and only the bottom three teams have won fewer games than Sean Dyche’s side so far this term.
