It has been an excellent period in the season for Bournemouth, as the Cherries have moved into European contention after winning back-to-back matches and scoring nine goals in the process against Nottingham Forest and Newcastle. A victory this weekend could see the Cherries end the round in the Champions League spots.
Liverpool continue to sit pretty at the top of the Premier League standings at this stage. The Reds have won back-to-back matches in the competition, and they remain six points clear of Arsenal with a game in hand. Liverpool secured a comfortable win over Ipswich in the latest round of matches.
