Chelsea have hit form under Enzo Maresca since their opening day defeat against Man City. The Blues come into this weekend after winning their last three across all competitions, which includes two successive wins in the Premier League. A victory on Saturday could see the Blues go level on points with Man City at the top of the standings.
Brighton are yet to lose this season, but wins have been hard to come by. Chelsea’s poor record against Brighton stood at five matches without a win before the start of last season. However, the Blues completed a league double over their rivals in 2023-24. Brighton’s record at Stamford Bridge remains positive overall after losing on just one of their four previous visits in the Premier League.
