An exciting race for the Premier League title continues this weekend, as Liverpool travel to North London. Arsenal will have the increased pressure on their shoulders, as a victory could see them end the round two points off the summit. However, a defeat could end their title dreams, as it would appear unlikely that they would have the quality to overturn an eight-point gap.
After a testing festive period, the Gunners have claimed back-to-back victories in the Premier League. Their most recent success was a battling display at the City Ground, with Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka netting the goals in a 2-1 away win against Nottingham Forest.

Liverpool could see this weekend’s showdown as an excellent chance to kill off the chances of one of their closest rivals in the race for the title. Jurgen Klopp’s side come into the weekend in stunning recent form after winning each of their last four. The Reds claimed an away win at Arsenal in the FA Cup last month, and they have won on two of their last three league visits.
