Match Preview
It hasn’t been the best start to the season for Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea, as they are yet to win in two matches in the Premier League. The pressure will continue to rise ahead of their third match of the season, as big investments have been made to the squad over the summer period.
However, Moises Caicedo endured a debut to forget in his first Chelsea outing, as he gave away a penalty in a 3-1 away defeat against West Ham United. The Blues once again struggled to take chances when they were on top of the game, and the London derby was wrestled away from their control in the second period by the Hammers.

Luton Town will be playing just their second match in the Premier League this term after their home fixture against Burnley last weekend was canceled. They will be looking for a much stronger effort in their second match on the road, as they were easily beaten in their opening EPL match of the season by Brighton.
Luton fell to a 4-1 loss against Brighton, and they were fortunate not to have lost by a wider margin. However, their first goal since returning to the top-flight was netted with eight minutes remaining by Carlton Morris. A response will be needed when they come up against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Friday.
Chelsea vs Luton Prediction
Chelsea were impressive for large periods at the London Stadium last weekend, but they will need to be more clinical in front of goal. We struggle to overlook the Blues on Friday, and we fully expect them to cover the spread.
