Match Preview
Marco Silva will be hoping for a response from his Fulham side this weekend after the Cottagers saw their winning run ended last weekend following defeat against Newcastle. However, they will be widely expected to win a third game in four when they host relegation-threatened Burnley at Craven Cottage.
Burnley’s chances of survival this term have been negatively impacted in recent weeks after suffering two defeats in their last three. Their most recent defeat was a damning loss against Everton at Turf Moor, which now leaves them six points from safety in the Premier League standings.

The Clarets have a positive recent record against the Cottagers in Premier League matches, as they have won the previous match between the sides at Craven Cottage in 2020-21. Meanwhile, Burnley have picked up wins in eight of their last 13 matches against the Cottagers across all competitions.
However, Fulham’s record against newly promoted opposition is excellent, winning each of their last three. That already includes wins over Sheffield United and Luton this term. Burnley’s last win in London was against the Cottagers in May 2021, but they are winless on their previous eight trips to the capital in the Premier League.
Fulham vs Burnley Prediction
Fulham’s recent home record has seen them pick up victories against West Ham and Nottingham Forest, scoring ten goals in the process. We’d expect a closer match-up this weekend, but we find it difficult to overlook the Cottagers on the moneyline.
