All eyes will be on Old Trafford on Tuesday, as Aston Villa face their next big test in their race to finish in a Champions League spot. It’s unlikely that Unai Emery’s side will come into this match with much fear after previously claiming wins against Man City and Arsenal before the busy winter period was stepped up a gear.
Erik ten Hag is still under pressure at United, and a positive run of results over the festive period will desperately be required by the Dutchman to secure his long-term future at the club. However, the Red Devils come into two matches in five days after failing to score in their last three in all competitions.
