Match Preview
Man United had a point to prove in the previous round of matches in the Premier League, as the Red Devils were looking to end a three-game losing run across all competitions. United managed to edge over the line last weekend, as they landed maximum points on the road against Burnley.
However, it wasn’t the most impressive of displays from United, as they stuttered in the final third throughout the match. Ultimately, it was a moment of magic that won the match, as Bruno Fernandes smashed home after an excellent long pass by Jonny Evans.

Crystal Palace also come into this weekend in a challenging position, as they have failed to win across their last two matches in the Premier League. In fact, they have recorded just one win over their last five in the competition. That run was extended last weekend, as the Eagles were held to an uneventful 0-0 draw against Fulham.
Palace were fortunate not to lose that match, as the better chances fell to the Cottagers. However, Sam Johnstone was in excellent form for the Eagles. The goalkeeper will once again face a difficult match this weekend against one of his former sides.
Man United vs Crystal Palace Prediction
United have won their previous two home matches against Palace, and their only home defeat against their rivals in the Premier League era was suffered in September 2020. We once again expect United to make hard work of it, but we expect the Red Devils to pick up maximum points.
