Match Preview
It has been an underwhelming start to the new Premier League season for Man United, as they have been way below the standard required in each of their opening two matches. The Red Devils were made to pay for another poor performance in their previous match, as they were beaten 2-0 at Tottenham on Saturday.
United looked weak in the midfield for the second game running, as it was far too easy for their rivals to break through the middle of the pitch. That will be a concern that will need to be addressed this weekend, and Erik ten Hag may take Mason Mount out of the firing line, with Scott McTominay a likely replacement to add some mobility in the middle of the field.

Nottingham Forest registered a first league win of the season at the second attempt on Friday, as Steve Cooper’s side landed a 2-1 win against Sheffield United at the City Ground. The East Midlands side stole the points in the closing stages, as Chris Wood scored the dramatic winner with just seconds remaining.
Taiwo Awoniyi was once again a standout player for Forest, as the striker netted for the sixth Premier League game in a row. He could set a new club record at the Theatre of Dreams this weekend. However, Forest lost each of their four showdowns with United across all competitions last term without scoring a goal.
