Game Preview
The Argentinian team won in Uruguay, securing a place at the upcoming World Cup, where they defend the title from Qatar. It was 0-1 in Montevideo, with Thiago Almada netting the game-winner.
This was Argentina’s third win in the past four games, and in all of those triumphs, Scaloni’s unit kept a clean sheet. Even though Lionel Messi didn’t play due to an injury, the Gauchos were pretty solid.
